It is with a background in law and having always worked in the property market that Annabel has put her stamp on London and internationally with her Property Finding business.
With the ever-increasing working hours imposed within the business environment today and the lack of specialised advice available purely for purchasers, investors or renters that Annabel Stoner has developed her clientele.

WHAT
SEARCH
We do all the hunting for you having close contacts with estate agents and developers that allows us knowledge of properties pre-market publicity – so saving you vasts amount of time and preferential entry to finding you your desired new home or investment. We will keep close contact with you informing you of what is happening each step of the way.
PREVIEW
We short list those properties appropriate to your needs and then at a convenient time for you either collecting you from work or home will accompany you on all the viewings.
ADVICE
We will assist in advising you of what we believe to be the right property for you in the right location at the right price.
DECISIONS
Whilst you make the final decisions we will be on hand to give our professional advise on the pros and cons of all aspects of your future property – we will give you comparable information on those properties on your short list that will help you in your final choice.
NEGOTIATION
Once you have chosen you desired property we will then negotiate the best possible terms on your behalf that will hopefully include the fact that our service becomes self-funding.
ACQUISITION
We continue to assist you in the entire acquiring of your property be it rented or bought – liaising with the agents, your lawyers, surveyors and financiers to ensure a smooth process with minimum inconvenience to yourself – we also can recommend services that may assist you during your rental or purchase period.
